Mary Beth Langlinais, MS, RD

Mary Beth has over 25 years experience in the health and wellness industry. She holds a B.S. in Exercise Science and M.S. in Nutrition & Dietetics.
Her certifications include: ACE Certified Group Instructor, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Schwinn Indoor Cycling Certification, Pilates Certified - Physicalmind Institute.


Lauren Felder, RD, LDN

Lauren holds a B.S. in in both Marketing and Nutrition & Dietetics.
Her certifications include: Registered Dietitian; Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist; Interned with Tulane University.
