Spa Policies

The following guidelines have been provided to assist you in creating the perfect spa experience.

  • Please make plans to arrive 15-20 minutes early for your treatment, so you will have plenty of time to check in and relax with a cup of green tea and start to unwind in the tranquility of our Mediterranean Garden Lounge.

  • Please also note that your treatment time has been set aside especially for you and late arrival will deprive you of an equal portion of your treatment. Your service will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed.
  • A robe and slippers will be provided for clients with multiple body services. Robes and slippers may be requested at time of booking for single services. Undergarments may be worn during treatments, but rest assured, our therapists are professionally trained in correct draping procedure to ensure your comfort and privacy.
  • Please notify the front desk coordinator if you have any disabilities, physical ailments, allergies, or if you are pregnant.
  • Riverspa Boutique has a wide selection of products used during treatments, as well as enchanting gift ideas that allow you to take the essence of riverspa home with you to continue the experience.
  • To ensure complete relaxation for yourself and all our guests, please honor the tranquil setting of riverspa by using your “spa voice”.  We ask that all cell phones be placed on silent and that no calls are taken in service areas.
  • Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are strongly suggested to ensure that the time and day are availablefor your services. We ask that you make appointments one (1) week in advance so that your preferred service time will be available.
  • If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify riverspa 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for scheduled services. Cancellations of less than 24 hours notice and noshows will be charged in full.
  • The management of riverspa assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
  • All Prenatal massages must have a doctors consent form.
  • Gratuities may be added at your discretion and should reflect your satisfaction with our services
  • If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify Riverspa 24-hours in advance to avoid being charged for scheduled services. 

  • Cancellations of less than 24-hours notice and no-shows will be charged in full.  If you decide to breakup your package, you will not receive the package discount on services.
