City Club offers members with children many benefits.  Our different programs and camps are designed to give children a head start in development a positive attitude towards health, fitness, and overall wellbeing

KIDZPOWER : Growing strong together! Our junior members ages 7-13 are invited to our Kidzpower Circuits, Kidzpower Sports, Youth Cardio Party and Youth Soccer Circuit. We also offer Kinderfit (ages 4-6). Please see the most current newsletter for the most accurate descriptions of classes and times. 

Take our youth fitness challenge!  To begin creating healthy habits young we invite your child to sign up for an personal fitness evalution which includes measurement of strength, endurance, and flexibility, as well as a nutritional evaluation.  Following the evaluation a session will be dedicated to teaching your child about their current fitness levels and nutritional findings, which leads to creation of attainable and measurable goals tied to incentives to facilitate your child's success.

Kidzpower Policies:

In order to provide a safe environment for your child, the following policies have been implemented:

Membership: All children must be registered CCRR members.

Food and Drink: No food and only closed water bottles are allowed in the youth fitness center.

Registration: A Master Chart must be completed by the participant's parent or guardian before initiating the program and will be obtained on file. All emergency and parent contact information must be complete and current. City Club is not responsible for children after class dismissal.

Guests: All guests must be accompanied by a member and general guest policies apply.

Attire: Proper workout clothing is required; Participants must wear athletic shoes and comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Shirts are required and no cut-offs are allowed.

Reservations: Reservations are recommended. Our youth fitness center is designed for a maximum of 20 participants and members are accepted on a first come first serve basis. A reservation will ensure your placement, but failure to cancel reservations 24 hours in advance will result in a $10 charge to account.

Gym Etiquette: All workout equipment must be returned to its proper place after each use.

We kindly ask that participants do not enter classes more than five minutes past the starting time. This will prevent injuries that may be caused by failure to warm-up and will promote class continuity.
