Ladies, it's time to make a lifestyle change! Join us every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 6:30 for 4 weeks. City Club strength room is the host location for DEXercise. The 45 minute class offers weight training, cardio kickboxing, core/balance drills, TRX Suspension training, and overall toning! Get nutrition advice along with an understanding of how to maintain a healthy body weight. City Club members ($150) and non-members ($199) are welcome!

Tuesdays between 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM
Thursday between 6:00 AM and 4:00PM
Friday between 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM
Your one hour session will include: A few rules of lifting etiquette, Common mistakes to avoid, How to adjust the machine’s seat, Which weight-lifting machines you should use, What you should do in between exercises, and How many sets and reps should be performed.
