The 20,000 square feet of space dedicated to fitness lets our Members know that their wellbeing is at the core of our operations. We offer state of the art cardio and weight equipment, and an extensive list of group exercise classes.

From the first time user to seasoned body builders, the Fitness Center at City Club should please everyone. If you have specific goals, please talk to one of our certified and degreed personal trainers. We will help you achieve your goals and ensure wellbeing by crafting a well rounded program that includes all aspects of wellbeing from fitness to fun! Don't think fitness is limited to the Fitness Center, our classes and programs take you onto our Tennis courts and into our Aquatics facility, and throughout the Village of River Ranch.

The personal training staff consists of over 10 trainers with undergraduate degrees ranging from kinesiology, dietetics, exercise science, health promotion, and wellness. Several of our trainers have advanced degrees. We are equipt to handle a variety of fitness ranges from the high school athlete in training to the post cardiac patient.       Ladies, it's time to make a lifestyle change! Join us every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 6:30 for 4 weeks. City Club strength room is the host location for DEXercise. The 45 minute class offers weight training, cardio kickboxing, core/balance drills, TRX Suspension training, and overall toning!  Get nutrition advice along with an understanding of how to maintain a healthy body weight. City Club members ($150) and non-members ($199) are welcome!

      Develop - Includes everything from the Decide package plus a Metabolic test and 30 minute followup with our dietitian.

      Deliver - A 75 minute initial consultation, Metabolic Test & 4 ­ 30 minute follow-up sessions. Great for total focus, long-term training, higher nutrition education and real-life application for turning positive behaviors into life-long habits.       Individual Services
      30 Minute Followup - After an initial consultation you are eligible for unlimited 30 minute guidance follow-ups as needed to help you remain focused or get back on track towards your lifestyle goals. Tweak your plan and face barriers head-on.

      Medical Nutrition Therapy - Diabetes nutrition therapy is a 60 minute consult. This may be covered by your health insurance carrier. Contact your provider for details concerning your plan.

      60 Minute Grocery Tour - Lauren will guide you through your shopping experience at a local grocery store, helping you find healthier products while avoiding nutritional traps. Gain confidence about choosing the right foods for you and your family.
